HOW TO ORDER

Order on the web has never been so simple!
Choose your favourite item in the catalogue, insert quantity and click on button with the cart (near the photo); a pop-up window will ask you to confirm your choice. After your confirmation you can choose to add other products to cart or finalize the order clicking on button "order" on top of page. Insert your personal data and, according to the State in which you live and total weight of the package, the carriage will be calculated.
Always remember that in any moment of your shopping you can check (or modify/update) your virtual shopping cart clicking on orange button "cart" on top of page.
Then, choose your favourite payment method, confirm and in a few days you will have in your hands the fantastic Nadir's products !

WAY OF SHIPMENT

In order to grant a fast and secure delivery of your purchase, we chose Federal Express carrier.
Packages will leave within seven working days by order achievement.

Purchased items are carefully packed with great care in the logistic structure of Nadir S.n.c., to prevent breakages during the transport.
You will be asked to specify the State of delivery and according to this the total amount of your purchase will be calculated (goods cost + carriage).
You will be asked for your complete details necessary for the shipment and documents issue (invoice/receipt). Your personal details will be managed with the utmost respect of the Privacy Law.
Filling the form "shipping address (if different)" you will be able to ship the purchased items to a different address: this option could be extremely useful to let you receive the package in your office (be careful: delay in delivery may occur if the carrier does not find anyone at the specified address), or for private presents or company gifts.
In the case of equality between invoice and shipment address it will not be necessary to provide the personal details twice.

WARRANTY

After this necessary explanation, it’s a must to say that all our articles are guaranteed against production defects, which have to be informed by e-mail not later than 5 days from delivery; in this case the defective item will be replaced free of costs.
Besides, all our customers take advantage of warranty "Satisfied or reimbursed" (see below) by which you can give us back whatever does not satisfy you within 10 days from receipt and take the money back: you will only be debited for carriage.
Warranty of reimbursement can be applied only if the return products are undamaged.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

All Nadir customers can take advantage of the guarantee "Satisfied or reimbursed", which allows you to send back the product within 10 days from reception of it for the substitution or repayment of the money. You will only be asked for the carriage.
In the case you want to take advantage of this special guarantee, you should contact our Customer care service (info@casallegra.com) that will show you all the procedures to apply.
